The Festival of Genomics and Biodata is the world’s largest genomics event. It exhibits industry leaders discussing the latest research, clinical breakthroughs and cutting-edge technologies. Liquid biopsy is an emerging non-invasive method of detecting cancer with a blood draw instead of a tissue biopsy. Extracellular vesicles (EVs), including exosomes, are enriched in multiomics information mirroring their parental cells and can be sampled via a blood draw, enabling the convenient liquid biopsy of the tissue they originate from.
